Our Bourgogne presents with medium color, moderately crimson in its youth, then becoming orange ruby after a few years of aging in bottle. The cherry and blackcurrant flavors are marked in their youth, after which appear earthiness mixed with candied fruits.   At the table… It will agree with simple food, as well as with roasted fish, carp but also with quail and soft cheeses.
