What shipping methods are available?

Currently, we deliver in Edmonton and surrounding areas only. A $15 delivery charge will apply to order less than one hundred dollars.

Store or Curbside pickup

Curbside pick up is free of the delivery charge.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Order?

Any order that is placed before 10 am will be delivered before 6 pm on that day, depending upon product availability and other factors. If you miss the order deadline, you can expect your shipment by 6 pm the following day. Please note that our web and instore product inventory is not always accurate. In such a situation we will inform you and try to resolve the issue. If you were unable to receive your shipment upon delivery, we will make a second attempt within the next 24 to 48 hours. A shipment that is not deliverable after two attempts will be requested for self-pickup.

Adult Signature Required

All deliveries require an adult signature and proof of age verification (over the age of 18 years old) upon arrival. It is highly recommended that an adult (over the age of 18 years old) is present and can sign at the time of delivery. If we are unable to verify the age, the order will be returned and additional delivery charges will apply.

Do I Need An Account To Place Order?

Yes, you will need to set up a web account if you are purchasing online.

We do our best for seamless and on-time delivery. Due to certain circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Web orders that are once placed and processed can not be canceled. Under certain circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Management, returned merchandise or canceled orders will subject to 10% restocking charges. The faulty product return will be evaluated on an individual basis.
